SHIPPING

We usually ship most items within couple of days of receiving your order.

We take pride in making sure ALL our products are stylishly packaged, and do use recycled materials sometimes.

INVOICE / TRACKING

1. You will receive your automatic receipt from any orders that you place to you email provided.

2. And when your order is complete and ready to ship

3. Finally USPS tracking# on shipment will also automatically send to your email.
(Check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you feel you have not received your order invoice, or shipping confirmation – or let us know if we can help re-provide that info )

BUSINESS HOURS

Our regular business hours are: 9am – 6pm PST USA, Monday – Friday

STUDIO MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

We can make studio items such as BAGS, HOODIES, TOPS, PRINTS, TILE ART usually within a week.

We will more time for LINEN WALL HANGINGS, ILLUMINATIONS,

SHIPPING RATES

We are shipping from west coast USA, and now have improved rates on checkout address “zone” you are in.

We are a small business, and need to charge for shipping, but we do not add handling fees. Pricing is averaged by your order cost, it usually averages out to be fair to our customers.

USA GROUND ADVANTAGE SERVICE – USPS

USA FIRST CLASS is now called “GROUND ADVANTAGE” – and charges by the 1lb not the oz
So we have better shipping rates than before as we are not limited to previous weight restrictions.

If you live anywhere near the WEST COAST – choose GROUND to save some shipping:)

(We can sometimes ship lighter items priority mail even if you paid First Class/Ground Advantage.)

Conversely, if its a significantly heavy large package –  we may need to ship Ground even if you paid Priority Mail, if shipping estimate is way off.

But usually it works out well.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/ CUSTOMS

Each Country has its own system and costs for CUSTOMS/DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES.

We have no control over these “fees” and they are not included in our shipping.

CANADA DUTIES / CUSTOMS

USPS offers an additional FLAT RATE of $9.95 for PREPAID Canadian DUTIES AND TAXES.

This is a service offered by the US post office and Canadian CUSTOMS, and not part of our shipping charge

If you would like to PREPAY the DUTIES AND TAXES, CHOOSE THAT OPTION (this is only available for CART SUBTOTAL under $200)

Apparently this clears customs more quickly, and seems like a good flat rate on more expensive items.
Otherwise the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes – Thanks!

SHIPPING to EUROPE

Uk, Ireland, France, Germany.
Receiver pays customs duties etc. We have no control over that. We have estimated shipping costs on our checkout page. If actual shipping is SIGNIFICANTLY MORE we will let you know. If SIGNIFICANTLY LESS we will refund any extra shipping paid. Our shipping is estimated by cart subtotal, so jewelry for example is much lighter so costs less to ship than quoted, and some items larger or heavier. 

Contact us if your European Country is not showing available checkout, we can fix that for you.  NOTE shipping has gone up a lot for international shipping….
