ABOUT THIS DESIGN
Britain was once covered in extensive oak forest, and reverence for Trees is at the heart of Celtic spirituality. The Ancients envisioned the entire cosmos in the form of a tree whose roots grow deep in the ground, branches reaching high into the heavens. The Tree of Life’s interlacing branches symbolize the continuity of life.

The Horse was loved and worshipped by the Celtic people. Horses decorate bronze, gold and silver objects as creatures of grace, intelligence and beauty. Horses also serve as solar symbols, embodying the sun’s divine qualities of strength and fertility – and golden Celtic Coins were often minted with images of the Horse, and solar symbols such as the wheel..
