ORDERING FAQ
INVOICE / TRACKING
When you place an order on our site, you will see your invoice receipt page, and also receive an automatic email invoice receipt.
When we have COMPLETED your order and processed it for shipping, you will be sent email notification.
When we have SHIPPED your order you will be sent an automatic email with USPS TRACKING# on shipment.
(please check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you feel you have not received your order invoice, or shipping confirmation.)

SHIPPING
We usually ship within couple of days of receiving your order.
We take pride in making sure ALL our products are stylishly packaged, and do use recycled materials sometimes.
Our team here at Celtic Art Studio, are dedicated to getting your orders out the same or within a few days of receiving them, and getting everything out to our friendly USPS postal workers, so they arrive in time.
STUDIO MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Jen is busy in her studio every day, making your studio made to order items.
We can make studio items such as BAGS, HOODIES, TOPS, PRINTS, TILE ART usually within a week…
We will more time for LINEN WALL HANGINGS, ILLUMINATIONS, CANVAS GICLEES.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS
Your V/MC statements will read “Ninth Wave Publishing LLC” – Celtic Art by Jen Delyth
Your Online Payments are securely processed through STRIPE secure credit card payments,
PAYPAL, APPLE PAY OR GOOGLE PAY.
We use SQUARE secure checkout at in-person retail events.
Any questions about your order, or about any charges made through our site or our in-person retail popup gallery, please contact us directly.
We are happy to resolve any issues, although they are rare!
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Do not hesitate to contact us should you make any changes to your order, or shipping address, or any other information we may need to expedite your order – we are happy to help. CONTACT US
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If there are any problems with your receiving your order (although this does not happen very often:), we will track its delivery and reship if it appears it was not correctly delivered to you, or if there is any error in our order processing. CONTACT US

If you have any issues with placing an order through our web site, CONTACT US with your name, shipping address, and let us know what you’d like … and we can send you a PAYPAL or STRIPE INVOICE and ship your item once paid (you do NOT need a paypal account to pay with your visa card with paypal).
